Rules of Netiquette

The Rules of Netiquette

In 2008, I wrote a book, inspired when my fiance ended our engagement in an email. I realized then that he broke the “rules of netiquette.” Since that time, I posted the Top 10 Rules of Netiquette for Online Daters, and the Top 10  Rules of Netiquette for Social Media, while writing my second book and speaking at social media conferences around the country.

My new book, The Rules of Netiquette: How to Mind Your Manners on the Web focuses on internet etiquette, now known as netiquette for both personal and business use.

Please do like us at Facebook.com/rulesofnetiquette for tips on how to communicate in the digital world while keeping your job, your friends, and your followers.

If you have a story on someone who broke the rules, we’d love to hear your comments. These aren’t your grandmother’s rules. The Rules of Netiquette is like Miss Manners meets the World Wide Web.
